About the room
We are looking to rent the extra bedrooms in our Huntington Beach home. The private room is a 10 by 10 foot room with a closet, new hard wood flooring on the second floor. Utilities, quality internet, access to the kitchen are included with plenty of storage space in kitchen for those that prefer to cook. The bathroom will be shared.
