The room comes fully furnished with bed and TV and private bathroom. It’s a completely remodeled house so every thing is brand new. Shared living spaces include the living room, kitchen and the back yard which is awesome for relaxation and get- togethers with tall trees.

I am a single parent to an 8yr old daughter, we both live in the house currently which is why i prefer female house mate. I just bought the home in November 2025. Single parents with not more than one child are welcome. I also prefer to do this on a month to month basis.
