I’m renting out a private bedroom with a private bathroom in my 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. My current roommate is moving out, and the room will be available at the end of February. You’ll have: • Your own bedroom and bathroom • A designated parking space in a 2-car garage • Access to all shared areas of the house • Access to Washer and dryer in house Large yard All utilities are included (electricity, heat, Wi-Fi, garbage, etc.). The home is located in the Mastersonville area and is shared with me, a friendly senior yellow lab, and a 2-year-old cat—both well-behaved and affectionate.

I’m organized, clean, and considerate, and I’m looking for a roommate who values the same. I’m fairly quiet and enjoy my alone time, but I’m also open to being social. I am hoping to having a comfortable, respectful living arrangement.
