The room includes a mattress, TV, desk, chair, and essential utilities. The home has central air conditioning, keeping it comfortable year-round.

The house is in a safe, quiet, and convenient neighborhood. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, and the lake is only one block from the house - great for walks, relaxing outdoors, or enjoying the neighborhood.

We’re a friendly, easygoing couple who keep our home calm, clean, and respectful. We’re looking for a female roommate who values a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

We’re happy to help when we can - whether that’s sharing a meal, giving local recommendations, or helping you get around and explore the city - while always respecting personal space and independence.
