Valleybrook Townhomes is located 21 minutes from the Aquarium/UTC Campus, 23 minutes from Hamilton Place Mall, and 8 minutes from Northgate Mall. Located just to the north of Chattanooga, this residential area that has great access to the city and its surrounding amenities while avoiding heavy traffic areas. This is a quiet neighborhood with no thru-access which makes it great for walking or running.

Hello we recently put up our townhouse for rent and I am helping my brother (current tenant) find an additional tenant to fill the 2nd bedroom. I can have him send a short snippet, but in general he is M26, works at a doctor’s office, attends at clear creek church, loves collectibles, and is getting into streaming games after work. He is very clean and tidy.
