There is plenty of street parking nearby. Rent payment is $975/month, owners will cover utility costs which includes electricity, water, ultra-fast Verizon 1Gb/s internet, trash, and HOA.

$45 Non-refundable background check/credit via 3rd party service provider. Proof of source of income are also required within tenant screening process.

Transportation/Commuting: The townhome is in a prime location of Fairfax (3 miles to GMU, 1 mile to the VRE, less than 1 mile to the public bus and 5 miles to 495 or Fairfax County Parkway).
