About the room

This room is in a 3-bedroom house in a quiet area of Caldwell near the hospital and College of Idaho. Driveway parking, access to the garage, fenced backyard. The main bathroom would virtually belong to this bedroom renter as well. Access to the washer/dryer. The house has been fully remodeled a couple years ago and feels brand new.

About the roomies

I am the only other tenant, a mid-30s woman living here with my old cat. I occupy the master bed on the opposite end of the house with an en suite, so I rarely use the “main” bathroom. The second room is used for my office/music/exercise space. I work in the evenings and weekends so I rise and come home later. When I’m home I’m usually cooking, cleaning, or doing some art/music thing.
