Looking for ROOMMATE to take the other bedroom. Live steps from the bay and 5 blocks from the beach. 6 blocks from Garnet(Main Street) with all the restaurants and bars.

I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Pacific Beach in an awesome location, 100 steps to Mission Bay and 5 blocks to the beach, next to Fanuel Street Park. BONUS: I have a paddle board business on the side and you can paddle whenever you want.

I have lived here for 8 years. The apartment is furnished, and the bedroom is FURNISHED with the essentials of a Queen Bed, night stands, lamps, large dresser, mirror, and a decent sized closet. There is a washer and dryer on the property, just down stairs!

I am looking for someone to live in the other room. I might be picky but I would prefer someone who is not too loud, messy, crazy, or lame. Open to a guy or girl roommate. Rent is $1295/month + utilities.

About me - I am a 30 year old guy, who works from home, works out and likes watching and playing sports. I enjoy being outside running, beach cruising, volleyball, occasionally day drinking on the weekend, and being on the water wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and paddle boarding. I am very laid back, clean, not loud or much or a partier.
