• No pets/no overnight guests (can be available occasionally max 4 nights per month)
• looking for chill, friendly and clean roommate. You will be sharing with one female.
• Prefer student or working professional in their 20s or 30s.
• No drugs/smoking inside. No heavy drinking.
• The room is for single occupancy only
• Rent dues on every first of the month. Rent includes utilities.
