The room is 13x11 ft in a 3 Bedroom apartment with a shared full and half bath. There is a full kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. Along with a spacious living room and in unit washer and dryer. The leaving tenant will be leaving a desk, chair, nightstand and a few shelving units behind. It’s located in a quiet Glendale neighborhood just a block away from grocery stores, and a few blocks from Brand Blvd, The Americana and Galleria. There is garage parking, with 2 spots available for the unit, spot usage is up to the remaining roommates to discuss. There is ample street parking otherwise. The apartment building has the tiniest pool you’ve ever seen along with central heating and cooling. Utilities are paid separately.

I am moving out of the property by Feb 1st. However the remaining roommates both work in the entertainment industry. One is in animation and the other in live events, so they’re both a couple film and anime fans. They are quiet, mostly keep to themselves and have firm expectations about cleanliness and chore responsibility within in the apartment. One of them is considering moving out at the end of February so there may be a second bedroom available in the unit soon.
