For rent: large and unfurnished bedroom in our home in Santa Clarita. It has a walk in closet and is located on the 2nd floor. Utilities are included (water, electricity, gas, WiFi). Bathroom/shower (we help with upkeep) is shared. Washer/dryer (access on an agreed upon schedule) also on the 2nd floor. Common areas (living, dining, kitchen) are to be shared as well. Plenty of street parking
