About the room
My house is a small 2-bedroom house, basically like a cottage. The available room is small but not tiny, about 10 by 12. There is a nice-sized closet and a skylight. The house is off the street and very quiet. It is behind several other apartments and we all know each other and get along well. Street parking is easy. I am close to bus lines and Ashby BART. Plenty of storage.
About the roomies
I am a Teacher at the College of Marin. I have been teaching for over 20 years. I sing, act and write. My roommate moved out last month. My house is in the back of an apartment complex and my neighbors are also friends and we help each other out whenever we can.
