About the room
My fiancé and I are renting out a room in the 3bedroom, 2bath home we just bought. It is a private room with your own bathroom. We can provide it furnished or unfurnished, whichever is preferred. You will have access to the rest of the house as well which includes the kitchen, laundry room, and living room. We are not accepting pets.
About the roomies
There are two of us living here. My fiancé and I. We just recently bought a brand new house and have a spare room we figured we could rent out.
