The room is about 10’ x 12.5’ with a large walk-in closet (approximately 5’ x 5’+) and comes comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed (new mattress), nightstand, dresser, lamp, and plenty of storage. It’s a front bedroom facing a very quiet street and greenbelt, with a semi-private bathroom that would mostly be yours.

Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, dining area, covered porch, washer/dryer, and driveway parking.

I share the home with two friendly cats, so please be cat-friendly (no additional pets).

The location is very convenient, set in a safe, quiet neighborhood near a greenbelt with a trailhead just down the street.

I’m a female homeowner who works from home (in wellness field). It’s a 3-bedroom house but I’m the only person living here. I use the other bedroom as my office.

I keep a pretty quiet, chill, clean lifestyle and try to keep the home as a peaceful place to relax. I try to go to bed by 10~11pm, wake up around 6~7 am. I’m pretty friendly but I value my personal space as well. So I understand if you prefer your independency. I may have an occasional potluck or movie night but it won’t be till late for sure.

I’m looking for a female, non-smoking, drug-free, responsible and respectful professional who values open communication and a clean, quiet home.

The lease term is 3–6 months, utilities are included, with the option to extend if it’s a good mutual fit. A background check is requested prior to scheduling a showing.
