Treadmill machines & weights are also available to keep you in shape. Nonsmokers only. Common area is the kitchen, leaving room & deck. No pets, No smoking/vaping, No drugs, and NO overnight guests. Safe & friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to McDonald, Restaurants & grocery store. 1 month’s notice would be required on leaving and you cannot use your security deposit as last month’s rent. Cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted. Deposit will be refunded after deduction for any damage to the property.
