Nice private master bedroom with private bathroom inside the room and good size walk in closet,in a three bedroom house, there will be only one female tenant per bedroom, Smoking, drugs,alcohol or parties are not permitted ; no pets, other common shared areas would be kitchen, family room, dining room, laundry and patio, there’s plenty of parking on the street and on driveway when available, utilities and wifi are included, room comes unfurnished but we can arrange for accomodation, Proof of employment required, only serious candidates please.

Cuarto privado con su propio baño y closet de buen tamaño en una casa de tres recamaras, solo habra una inquilina por recamara, no esta permitido fumar,usar drogas, alcohol o hacer fiestas, no mascotas,otras areas compartidas seran la cocina, sala, comedor, la lavanderia y patio, hay parking el la calle tambien en el driveway cuando este desocupado, las utilidades y el wifi estan incluidas, el cuarto viene desamoblado pero podemos proveer cama si lo necesita, se requiere prueba de empleo, solo personas serias por favos gracias
