I have 4 bedroom building that has 2 bathrooms. Its a town home and was just remodeled freshly painted and most new floors have been put in and remodeled bathroom. Its 90% done. But you can move in. Power is on. Water wasn’t turned on yet. I will upload pics soon. Prefer people who are not loud at night partying as my property manager lives in same unit next door and sleeps like everyone to wake up early. Renting out each room eventually This has 4 bedrooms 2 bath. Its in a safe area. Like 8 cops living on the street and around corner area including my property manager who lives next door is a married cop who loves with his wife. Its in east chicago sunny side area next to police station. This community is mostly older residents that lived there long.
