The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom modular home in a quiet park. You will be renting an 8 x10 room with a shared bathroom, if another tenant moves in. As of right now, it would be your own bathroom. There is no laundry facility on the premises, but I do live on the bus line. The rent is $600.00 due on the first day of the month. The room is not furnished. I ask that you keep your things in your room because that is your rented space. The kitchen will be available for your cooking needs, if you clean up after yourself; if not, you will have to use a microwave that you will furnish for yourself. I will furnish a minifridge and a cupboard to store your groceries in. My home is all that I have; it is not a mansion, but it is mine.

I am very kind, but do not take that for being naive to the ways of people. This is not my first rodeo; I run it like a business. I am not trying to make friends; I am trying to supplement my income with my assets. I will always be fair, and I will respect your privacy. I will always ask and never assume anything. My biggest request will be that you notify me when having a guest over, for safety reasons. It is in my best interest to know who is in my home at all times. Now, for fun’s sake, I am always down to chit -chat. I am pretty easy -going as long as the rules are being followed. I will help you out with whatever I can. I realize that times are hard for everybody. I ask that you respect my home at all costs. And I will return the respect 100- fold. This can be a long -term or a short -term agreement. It takes time to get to know someone. I always say give it a month, and you will know if it is working or not. There is also a second adjoining room that you can rent if you want to pay $800.00 a month. This is not to have another tenant, it is to have more room for yourself. Another tenant will pay $600.00 a month.
