Looking for a roommate in north fremont, the room measurements are 13x20 feet. You will share a bathroom with 1 other roommate and the rest of the house is shared between all of us. Property has a big back yard, plenty of parking on the street or the car port. We are 3 guys in our late 20s and work various hours. Ideally we would like to find someone close to our age and get along with. We are moving here in late December so ideal move in would be early January. Once we move in we can show the room. Also be fine with dogs since there is 1 dog living with us. Back yard a good size, has multiple fruit trees and roses.
