Nice neighborhood. Gated community. Safe area. . Second floor unit, with private balcony. Lots to do on weekends. Two major supermarkets close by, running trial across the street. Nice pool, 24 hour workout room. I was using the room as an office but no longer need a home office. It is 14’x12’ and has a 6’x5’ walk-in closet. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. The photo of the room is not too good. It show the room as an office.

I am 75 years old and live here by myself. I own/run a recording studio here in Houston ( feel free to Google: Lucky Run Studio ). I still work daily, and spend most of my time at work and doing related tasks. Would like to find someone who is an early riser. I go into work mid morning, and tend to get home late. There is some free parking, but I can arrange covered parking near the stairs for a nominal fee.
