About the roomies

I own a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome that my boyfriend and I live in with a roommate currently that is moving out June 1st. I do have 3 cats so no pets please. I run a small business from home so most of my time is spent in my garage. All of my family is out of state so I travel often. I’m looking for a roommate that’s easy to get along with, must have steady income and decent credit, must pass a background check. I do require a year lease agreement with month to month after the year. I’m super easy to get along with, I don’t have company over often and I’m very respectful of privacy, which I also expect. Someone that is respectful of my home and others, that is clean and will help with chores as needed. Im fine with sharing the kitchen and dining area, living room, laundry etc as needed. As long as you’re easy to get along with and trustworthy we will get along just fine! Background check is required and all costs associated with are renter’s responsibility.
