I’m a 28-year-old female looking to share the home with females, LGBTQ+, or nonbinary roommates. I’m quiet, respectful, clean (shoes off in the house), and value open communication. I’m hoping to create a calm, friendly home where we can be comfortable and ideally become friends — not just housemates.

I work a mix of overnight and remote shifts, so the household rhythm varies:

Mondays & Tuesdays: Out of the house from about 4:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 AM

Wednesdays: Out of the house until 11:00 AM

A couple other days per week: Work from home around 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, making phone calls

Because of this, I’m looking for roommates who are mindful of noise during work-from-home call hours and respectful of quiet hours (11:30 PM – 8:00 AM) — nothing strict, just reasonable consideration (lower TV, mindful noise).
