The room and bathroom are currently available and move in ready.

Rent: $1,000.00 Monthly Due on the 1st Refundable Deposit: $200.00 Utilities: Included (Cox Internet, SDGE, Conservice-Water, Trash, & Sewer-No Telephone and No Cable). No pets.

If we are a fit and we decide to offer you the opportunity to apply to rent the room, then you will fill out an application with the office for a credit check and background check and pay them the application fee $30 approx.

If you pass the checks with the office, they would have you pay an applicable administrative fee ($100) to be added to the lease and then we would issue you the keys to move in. Simple process.
