The Vibe & Details You’ll be sharing the duplex with two other clean, respectful roommates (one on the lower level, two on the main floor). Utilities are split evenly among the three residents.

Move-in Requirements: First month’s rent + Security Deposit. Standard roommate/sublet contract. 2 consecutive pay stubs and credit score

Hi I am a local teacher in Bay Ridge and am looking for 2 new roomates to fill an apartment that is in a duplex space. I have a one room available from June 15th and very large private room available (only for July & August) in this 3 bedroom 3 bed space with backyard and balcony.
