This room is located on the 2nd floor of a two story house built in 2017. The room has a large closet and is fully furnished with a king size bed. Windows are on the southeast - making it bright enough in the daytime but never in the direct sunlight exposure in the evening. The bathroom is shared with another room in which I myself live. I’m a working guy who’s also in school. We recently upgraded the entire house to hardwood and the bathroom floor to tile stone. A new bed has also been placed. The wood bed with metal frame in the photo is the new one. Photos with the white bed were old bed from before.
One tenant recently moved out. Normally there are a total of three people living here - yourself (male) living upstair in this room listed. I myself (male) also living upstair in the room that shares bathroom with this room listed. One room downstair with private bath also currently looking for a tenant, either male or female. I have a dog and a cat living in the house, both very friendly and clean. So no more additional pets please. We are all genuine and friendly and asking for peace and quietness and cleanliness.
