My current roommate recently got a job up in Denver and is hoping to relocate as soon as possible. I am looking for someone to take over her portion of the lease so you will need to be approved through the leasing company and the lease ends 08/31/2026.

This is a private, unfurnished room in a 2 bed, 2 bath townhome, and you will be sharing the home with one other person.

Layout: • Downstairs: kitchen, living room, laundry room and bathroom • Upstairs: private bedroom for rent and the shared bathroom

The shared common areas (living room and kitchen) are furnished. The home comes with 1 parking spot in front of the unit, plus plenty of street parking for guests.

Cost (your portion): • Rent and utilities are split • Total rent is $1475 • Utilities average around $250 • Your monthly portion usually comes out to around $850.

Rent and move-in details can only be finalized after the leasing company approves your application.

About me: I’m 21 years old, a cosmetology student graduating in April, and work full time. I’m extremely busy balancing work and school, I’m quiet and clean. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, dancing, and singing.
