This is for a bed in a shared house near Silver Lake, Los Angeles.

This is a house with shared bedrooms designed specifically for creatives who are looking to live with other like-minded people. We have several locations, but this location has the fewest number of residents and one of the most close-knit group of friends. Even after our residents move out, they tend to stay close very close friends! So if you are creative and don’t know a lot of people in Los Angeles, or just want to expand your friend circle, this is the place for you!

How it works: -Month to month stays -Super low deposit ($200 deposit, $95 move in fee (one time only), $95 bedding fee (one time only) -NO credit check (great for international students or those with new/less than perfect credit) -The house has both guys and girls, but in separate bedrooms on separate sides of the house -We do a background check on each applicant -Our Admissions staff vets all applicants to find members who are respectful and a good fit for the house -There are two amazing house managers at the house who are there to answer any concerns

We offer (all-inclusive): -Wifi -Netflix -Hulu -Disney + -Cable -Photo backdrops and lighting you can borrow! -Outdoor patio areas -Regular family dinners -Free acting classes -Series of creative classes that rotate monthly (songwriting, writing, music, painting, and more!) -Utilities included -You get a new set of sheets/pillow/comforter/dishes when you move in that you can keep when you leave!

Everything above is included in the month to month cost!

Rent covers one bunk bed in a shared room (4-6 people to a room) in the renovated space with all utilities included - plus storage space for your clothes and belongings.

To foster a sense of community, we host weekly activities for all our members - regular family dinners (included in your rent) , acting classes, dance classes, photography classes, vocal lessons, house concerts, and more! These events are all free, included in the cost of rent.

Everyone here is pursuing a creative career. The house is currently half girls and half guys but the bedrooms are separated. Our all-female Admissions team thoroughly vets each person who comes through for people who are motivated, respectful, and positive. We would love to have you join our community!
