Big living room and large kitchen downstairs. I’m moving out February 21, room is available Feb 22. Month-to-month lease rent is $500. For an extra $50-100, let me know if you want any of the below I can leave for you/send you photos:

• Metal full-size bed frame
• AC window unit w/ remote (not the one pictured)
• Tall white plastic laundry basket
• 2 Sterilite 3-drawer units

The unit specs: Gas heat, gas stove, Window AC provided by landlord in living room (tenants provide bedroom AC units), no washer/dryer hook up but laundromats are around the corner (and I can provide you a pre-paid laundry card I won’t need after moving)

This place makes a decent temporary home if you’re a student or in between a transitional point in your life. You can’t get any cheaper than a $500 3-bedroom in Winchester. It’s a quiet neighborhood, kids play in the street.

Josh (mid 20’s) is a guitar player in grad school at Shenandoah. He’s quiet and cleans up after himself James (mid 20’s) is a chill guy who likes to chat and hang out. Both roommates like to game and wouldn’t mind a pet in the house.
