About the room: $800 per month plus security deposit. Utilities included. Available room is 12 x 12 and looks out onto backyard. Available furnished or unfurnished. (If furnished: twin bed, desk, chair, rug, open shelving and closet). This is not a sublet, rent and security deposit is directly with property owner.
About the space: 2-bedroom, 1st floor apartment with washer, dryer, fenced in backyard with fire pit, furniture and party lights. Bike storage and storage space in basement. Driveway parking and laundry provided. Property owner is responsive and takes care of the outside.
About me: University professional, quiet, friendly, easy-going, respectful of others, neat and tidy. Musician.
About the neighborhood: Walking distance to Gregg’s Restaurant, Ocean State Job Lot as well as Lippett Park on Hope Street, Saturday farmers market, Hope and North Main Streets restaurants and stores. Green Line buses provide service to downtown, commuter rail and Attleboro. The #1 bus goes between Hope Street, Thayer Street, the tunnel, downtown, and eventually to the airport.

About the roomies
I work in higher education and am also a musician. I play bluegrass bass in a band. This is sharing an apartment. The couple upstairs is very nice. The place is very clean. I look forward to hearing from you. : )
