Can be furnished or not • Community amenities: clubhouse, pool, basketball court, and walking paths • Parking in front of home

Requirements • Must pass a background check • Must respect all HOA community rules (noise, smoking, littering, etc.) • No couples (single occupant only)

• Rent must be paid on time—no exceptions • Cleanliness and a peaceful lifestyle are essential

Rent Details • $950/month – includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, pool, parking • $500 refundable security deposit • minimum 3 months stay to longer
