This is a 10 x 12 room with a bathroom on the first floor of spacious 5 bed 3 full bathroom house. The house has access to a pool, and it is a few minutes from the Euchee Creek trail for the outdoors. The rent is $800 and has all the utilities and access to a washer and dryer. The house is less than 10 minutes from Fort Eisenhower Gate 6. After the tenant screen, it’s $1,400 to move in (The first month’s rent and security deposit)(I can allow security deposit payment over time).

Military people are preferred. However, if you are clean and pay rent on time you are welcome.

No smoking is allowed in the house.

Everyone has passed a screening process and have clear backgrounds so it’s a safe and comfortable environment. We are big on communication so that we maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. There are currently two female housemates.
