Near intersection of Jeffrey & Irvine Center Drive. Room available in Irvine in a 3 BR/3 bath townhome. You would have a private room and share a full bathroom with one other tenant (there is a 3rd bath available for use, as well). Room pictures show a king size bed and a dresser. Bed is not included. You will have full access to kitchen, living room, yard, in-unit washer/dryer, off-street parking. There is a friendly, non-shedding dog in the home, so no other pets can move in. $1300 plus 1/3 utilities (gas, electric, trash, internet, housecleaning) or $1500 all inclusive.

We are two easygoing, clean, respectful, and busy professionals. We each have several hobbies including: backpacking, travel, boating, slacking, yoga, snowboarding. There is also a fun and sweet, non-shedding dog that lives here.
