Private bedroom, kinda small at 10’10 and a closet but there is overflow storage in the next room over or you can rent the additional room for yourself for an additional fee. The home is quite roomy with large back and front yard for plenty of outdoor leisure to include pool and jacuzzi, fire pit etc.you will have full access to kitchen, shared bathroom, living room, dining area, backyard, front yard, and laundry. The garage is not a shared area. There is currently myself and 1 other roommate here and 2 friendly dogs . One of which wanders the home and is very gentle and well behaved. The other is isolated during the day and supervised. I am home a lot as a retired veteran but I have my isolated areas . You won’t feel cramped here. The house is located walking distance from Old Town Temecula . The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with a private lake and close to everything you need to include the wineries ,public library, and backs up to the Ronald Reagan sports park.

I am a very active 32 year old full time student and part time contractor/ musician. I have an isolated room for music so it won’t be a bother to you when I practice. My roommate is a 27yr old friendly and clean blue collar guy who is very quiet and spends a lot of time away from home .
