I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Arrow in Bozeman. The Arrow is student housing. The rooms are private, you get your own bathroom, and the closet in the room is large. In the unit there is a washer/dryer, kitchen, air conditioning, and the only utility you will have to pay for is electricity; water, sewer, trash, and wifi is included in rent. The community itself has a fully equipped gym, large pool and hot tub, a ski wax room, sauna and steam room, dog run, study rooms and meeting rooms in the clubhouse, and multiple more.

Two of the roommates currently living here are trying to move out, so there are two rooms available in this unit. The other two roommates are super sweet girls, they’re both really chatty and love hanging out but also like their personal time and they are both usually really clean and pick up after themselves.
