One of my friends is looking for a subleaser in the Merriam park Saint Paul neighborhood. It’s a short sublease left for the apartment, specfically sometime this month or Feb 1st till the beginning of May. (May 4th). Back lot Parking spot (one for each roomie) would be included in the 750 rent.
About the roomies
Roommate is a 22 year old a non-binary person who I’m also good friends with, they also have two cats who are chill, but they make up the max pet limit.
