I am a semi retired female, with 2 friendly kittys. I mostly live upstairs, where the kitchen, living room, patio and my room are. Im pretty private, and have a full life. I cook sometimes, and keep a neat house. I can be available to show my unit by appointment anytime. My other roomie is a female, busy, clean and quite and works out of the house. New aquatic center just opened across the street if you like to swim.
