I have a private room with its own bathroom available upstairs in a quiet, friendly house. The room is huge, studio-sized, with a giant wall-to-wall closet and a great view. The room is equipped with a smart-lock and is cat-friendly as long as cats stay in your room.

Shared spaces include: living room, kitchen, dining table, laundry room, and downstairs bathroom (monthly house cleaner for shared spaces). Shoes will not be worn in shared spaces so the home stays clean.
Single renters preferred. Overnight guests allowed occasionally, but must be communicated and approved in advance. Long-term or repeated overnight stays by guests are not permitted.

I’m a full-time college student and also work full-time. I do have a cat, but he’ll stay in my room and won’t have access to shared spaces. I’m rarely home because of work and school, and I usually spend a couple nights a week out of the house, so you’ll have plenty of privacy even with another roommate.
