I am renting two unfurnished rooms. One is a large room that has a small balcony in a 2-story home. The other room does not have a balcony. All bedrooms are upstairs. You would share a bathroom upstairs, but there is also a full bathroom downstairs that can be used/shared as well. No Pets or children please.

About the roomies

I just bought this home. I live with one other person, so there would be 3 adults in the home. As far as parking, we can share the driveway, but there is also a lot of street parking. I am a 45-year-old female, and I work from home in the healthcare industry. Cleanliness is important. I am easy going.
