2 Bedroom, Living room is furnished currently and will have most kitchen supplies. 1247 Sq Ft. Location is right off campus. Multiple restaurants and a coffee shop directly under me. All wood/laminate floors. I have the floor plan in the pictures, your room will be in red with the walk in and private bathroom. Of course welcome to shared spaces as well. I don’t have any pictures of the room currently as the current tennet is still residing here.

I have a massive Plex Media server that you can have access to and take requests for shows/movies you want. Also have some smart home stuff setup and a robot vaccum that cleans once a day (Mops too).

In unit Laundry room and dishwasher.

Community Amenities are a pool table, pool (Summer only), Decent size Gym, and multiple community spaces for working/studying/hanging out. We had a Friendsgiving down in the lobby and it was a great space for it! They also do community events on the lawn sometimes.
