The house is in a great location between Vista, San Marcos and in Carlsbad, just a few minutes from both the 78/15 and the 5. In a quiet neighborhood near walking trails. Bressi shopping two minutes driving 5 minutes walking. The house is two story and very roomy with a lofted ceiling for the main living room. The house has a nice quiet backyard, neighborhood is filled with kind and neighborly families with kids of all ages. The room is filled with natural light from a south-facing window, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. It’s comfortably carpeted, offering a cozy feel, and includes a dedicated closet for convenient storage, with a bathroom directly across the hall that would be yours to use. You would also have the upstairs space seen in the photos, the one with the green couch, as additional space if you wanted it for an office space.

I am an artist/instructor. I am a chill individual. I do not smoke, I drink very seldom and usually do if I go out but not at home. I spend the majority of my time in the house working remotely so a quiet space will be needed. I mentor working professionals online so there will be several times in the week that I will be on Google meet with them. I have a few external obligations during the week but otherwise I am mostly at home.
I have two amazing cats that mean the world to me. Whoever ends up here must also be a cat enthusiast. They are friendly with everyone but will likely take a little time to completely open up to you, at least one of them will. One is very social and will likely be at your side almost immediately.
The house is clean and orderly and should remain that way. There are a few rules to follow for the cats otherwise the entire house minus my studio and bedroom are open for you to use. We are basically sharing the house together.
I am looking for a working professional who is clean, quiet, and respectful of the shared space. I prefer a female roommate, over 30, but can be flexible if you have the above listed attributes.
