This is a townhouse located at desert inn rd with valley view blvd near walkmart and smith’s food markets , bus routes is down the street gas station is around the corner, convenience store across street, I have laundry on site to use max 3 times a week, Wi-Fi, in room refrigerator and microwave room is furnished with twin bed and dresser, privet room to single person there is a half bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs are clean and are in share , kitchen access if you clean it after used one traffic light from Asian market blvd (spring mountain) , the community has an association office so we are not allowed to play loud music loud TV the house is clean and quiet there is not couples, pet or children

We are 4 people living in the house everyone in their own bedroom everyone in their own life we don’t party or hangout, we don’t smoke cigarettes or any kind of smoke, the house is clean and quiet the others renters work full time 2 of my tenants doesn’t cook one them barely cook sometimes my tenants age are 30ths and 50ths and I am 50th we are adults very respectful to each other we sharing a house and is not bullying or any kind of harassment we are all professionals above age 30ths and 50ths
