Room for Rent –Any adult Preferred
I recently purchased a home and am looking for two responsible roommates to share the space.
The house has:
Two available bedrooms One shared bathroom for those two rooms I occupy the master bedroom with a private bathroom
About the home: Newly updated with fresh paint, new carpet, and new flooring Washer and dryer included Shared common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) Clean, quiet, and well-maintained environment
I currently live here alone and am looking for respectful, tidy, and responsible roommates who are comfortable sharing common spaces.
Ideal roommate: Female preferred Clean and considerate Stable income Non-smoking
The room has a bed and drawer that can be removed and moved to the garage if you prefer your own. I am willing to accomodate.
About the roomies
l am female and the only one living in the house with 4 bedrooms. I would prefer no animals and no children but I am still open. I am not home during the day only on the weekends and I go to church on Sundays.
