I am a single female in my 40s who works full-time and maintains a quiet, respectful household. The apartment is a fully furnished 2 bed / 1 bath, including the bedroom you would be renting. You would have full use of the entire apartment—it is not just a room rental.
Any prospective roommate must complete the apartment community’s application process, including a background and credit check, prior to moving in. If you are interested in covered parking, you may coordinate that directly with the leasing office at the time of application.
I do have a small, very friendly dog, so being dog-friendly is a must. If you have a small dog, we can discuss compatibility; however, pet rent and pet deposit would apply through the complex.
