About the room
You will be getting one bedroom, and access to all the common areas. all extra bills are included, like electric/utilities/water/internet. The room is 12’ x 12.5’ and has a walk-in closet. There is a connected bathroom, that is shared with another person. (This bathroom is not connected to the second person’s room) The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with a fenced backyard, and a grill in the patio. There is a new shopping area by the house, with more units being built. ~5 minute drive from a Publix on Pine Island Road. And an Aldi, Target, and Walmart just a tad further on the same road. The remaining things in the room will be cleared out by move in. (You can keep the mini fridge in the room if you want though)
About the roomies
I own the house, and live here with 3 others who help with the mortgage. We are all in our mid 20s, and tend to keep to ourselves. One is a couple who share a room. Everyone is friendly with each other. I’ve got a Miniature Doberman, and the couple has 2 cats. I host a boardgame night every week (Fridays or Saturdays), so expect small crowds here weekly
