This is a very large spacious house with 4 other renters who happen to be guys. The house is peaceful and restful and renters are kind to each other.
THERE ARE 3 REFRIGERATORS in the house so you are sharing with one other person and we have fantastic renters!!!
All beds are queen sized beds. There are no kids and we aren’t zoned for couples. There is off street parking and we have a pool. I live in Kansas and have a fantastic house manager near the house. WHATSAPP and ZELLE are required to make an appointment with the house manager. Month to month rental agreement.
About the roomies
All are professionally employed renters and are a great bunch of guys who tend to stay long.
Nobody smokes or drinks and prefers the same.
