I am looking for someone to take over my room. The room can be available by the end of the month, and possibly sooner if needed. You would be added to the lease which is through August.

The room for rent is a spacious bedroom measuring approximately 14’ x 10’, featuring a walk-in closet (~20 sq ft) and additional attic-style storage. Shared areas include a bathroom, hall closet, living room, kitchen, and ample storage space in the garage.

The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located within walking distance of Nugget Market, with easy access to nearby greenbelts for biking and outdoor activities. It’s a great place at a great price. Please contact me to schedule a tour or to learn more about the application process.

The garage is shared and offers plenty of storage. One dedicated parking space is included, along with a guest parking spot and ample street parking. Each building also has its own laundry room.

My roommate is quiet, respectful, and easy-going. He’s a professional who enjoys the outdoors, social clubs, movies, games, and baseball. He’s approachable, calm, and grounded, making him easy to connect with in both social and professional settings.
