About the room
I have a spare room available, great size. Could easily fit a king bed with plenty of room for other furniture. We have a shared upstairs balcony, a little backyard with patio and garage to store things. It’s a new townhome located in south Carson, very homey and modern.
About the roomies
I am a single mom of two kids who I have 50% custody of- a 9 year old girl and a 6 year old boy! We have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs and 1 cat. We live a low key lifestyle, definitely not a party house. I’m open to renting to another single mom with a child.
