Looking for Room mates. There is one furnished room (600$ per month) and one unfurnished room (550$ per month) available. Both will be available in August 2026
-Located at Prairie Glen Place near Tuttle Creek Boulevard. Approximately a 7 minute drive from Kansas State University and Aggieville.
-Utilities included. No extra added on for utilities
-1.5 bathrooms
-Washer and dryer in unit
-treadmill downstairs + weight sets
-upstairs bathroom has a bidet
-3 bedrooms
-significant closet and storage space throughout the entire house, basement as well.
-there would be a 12 month lease. This lease can and will be renewed if all parties wish to extend it.
-about a 7 minute drive to the K-State campus, with an ATA bus stop about 2 minutes away by walking
-applicants must have no criminal record (I have no issues with it personally, but the landlord will deny people who have any kind of record)

About the roomies
I am in college for secondary education with a teaching concentration in English Language Arts, and I graduate in May of 2026. I will not be physically present but I will still be paying the bills due to owning the place. There is a dog by the way, just a heads up. She is one of the roommate’s dog. She’s a sweetheart. But due to the place only allowing one pet per unit, no other pets will be allowed.
