Additionally, to avoid any accidental injuries, unfortunately, the home is not open to children and no more pets. *Basic respectful co living house expectations - Clean up after yourself, be mindful of noise levels, respect the pets, property and roommates. *Shared Bathroom *Access to kitchen/washer + dryer where usage schedule TBD. *Located off Kendall & University. *Background check required *First + Last months rent due upfront

*Two working professionals who occupy the master bedroom. Both work M-F 8-5pm and occasionally evenings and weekends. *The pets are two large boxers and one pitty. All three are very friendly and love human interaction. *Utilities included *No credit check but yes on the background check. Will be discounted from rent. *No deposit but first and last month rent due upon move in. *House is a 3 bed/2 bath. Plenty of parking space for 2 more cars. *Two working professionals but one is hardly around due to work. so it’s mainly one person in the home. *Month to month *Our dogs are indoor dogs and love people. They are very sweet and will follow you around the house, you would just have to ignore them. *Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Close to 5 major freeways in the inland empire. *Guests are fine but not daily as the home is a very quiet home and we value or peace and quiet.
