Roommate is moving out, so you’ll be taking over their half of the lease. The lease renews Oct 1, 2026. The fees for applying and them running the background check is under $50. Security deposit was already paid so no deposit needed.

This is an apartment at Norte Villas. Second floor, right off the parking lot. Two community laundry rooms, a gym and gated community.

Storage closet that locks outside by front door and storage closet inside by front door. No living room/dining room furniture so feel free to fill up the space.

Kitchen had lots of cupboards, pantry, microwave, fridge, oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher.

Bathroom is old but clean. Lots of cupboards for storage, under sink storage and medicine cabinet.

Wifi and utilities not included. The wifi is 51.14 so your half would be 25.57. Then we’d split the utilities.

I’m a homebody that likes to hang out in my room. I’m cannabis friendly but don’t smoke myself. I often wear earbuds connected to my tv when possible and even when I don’t I’m never blasting sound. I’m clean and organized. I’m open to communicating any issues.
